Brush

A poker brush is a casino employee working in the poker room who is in charge of various essential tasks.

This includes managing player lists, helping players with their seating, buying poker chips, and other assignments.

A brush usually works for tips, so it’s customary to give them at least a couple of dollars if they assist you in anything. Any tip they receive from the players is often called a “toke.”
