Hot Hands

When a player has hot hands, he’s on a good run of high-value cards. In poker, the term hot is often used to describe a player feeling lucky or running extremely well.
For example, if a player has won a number of hands in a row, they might say something like: “I have hot hands, catching all of the right cards.”
