Jacks to Open
0 minutes
“Jacks to open” is a term used in draw poker variations in which the players need at least jacks or better to open.
One example of this is Jacks or Better five card draw, as only a player holding a pair of Jacks or better is allowed to open betting.
If nobody at the table has jacks or better, players will muck their cards, and the dealer will give them new ones.
