Rolled up is a common term specific to the Seven Card Stud poker variation. It refers to the player getting three cards of the same rank (three of a kind) as their first three cards.
For example, if a player gets three aces as their first three hands and then two kings to complete the hand, they can say they got rolled up aces over kings.
