The Suicide King term is a slang saying for the king of hearts card. It’s called this because, on most standard card illustrations, the king is holding a sword in the air, appearing to be stabbing himself in the head.
This poker slang term is not often heard in poker rooms. The most common example when you might hear someone say “Suicide King” is when you’re declaring which cards are wild, and the players declare that this is the king of hearts.
