The poker texture refers to the relative link between the community cards in games like Texas Hold’em and Omaha.
More precisely, it relates to their potential for completing draws and various hands. It’s often used in conjunction with terms such as “wet board” and “dry board.”
For example, a community board with a wet texture is one where players have many possibilities of lining up a strong hand. Oppositely, a dry board is one with slim drawing options.
