Aces Over
0 minutes
The term “aces over” can refer to a couple of situations. It can mean a two-pair hand in which one of the pairs is aces or a full house in which there are three aces and any other pair.
For example, poker players often like to use this term when showing their winning poker hands. So, when playing in a live poker room, you might hear someone saying:
“Aces over kings, fold ‘em.” This means they have one of the two possible combinations we’ve mentioned above and, most likely, the strongest hand in the game.
